Responsibilities
- Consultation and Participation: Collaborate on complex initiatives with broad impact within experience design.
- Planning and Evaluation: Contribute to large-scale planning related to experience design projects.
- Problem Solving: Review and analyze complex multi-faceted experience design challenges, considering multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Issue Resolution: Work with others to resolve complex and multi-faceted situations effectively.
- Compliance and Policies: Leverage your understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel in experience design.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience or equivalent (consulting, training, military, etc.).
