- Experience working within or supporting the insurance industry (e.g., underwriting, actuarial, claims, or other core insurance functions).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with limited direction, operate effectively in environments with evolving standards and processes, and drive structure where needed.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with technical teams (e.g., development, applications, platform teams) and business stakeholders, and managing external vendors or partners.
- Proficiency with core project management and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for tracking work.
- Experience managing projects across multiple delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, and waterfall) and adapting approach based on team and project needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple or changing priorities effectively, and fit into and support a collaborative, positive culture.
