IT Program Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$41.65-$59.50 per hour

Description
Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables requiring engagement from multiple teams.
Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for deliverables.
Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables comply with enterprise change management standards.
Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
Lead teams through release planning readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Experience as a Scrum Master with additional experience in portfolio-level functions.
Proficient in project management tools for tracking delivery across multiple instances.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
