Job Details

Join us as a Senior Business Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in upgrading our Transmission SCADA system, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced monitoring capabilities. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days a week onsite in either Minneapolis or Denver.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project requirements for the EMS Upgrade, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to document and analyze business needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather business and technical requirements for the Electric Transmission SCADA system.
  • Develop and maintain visual diagrams for process flows and project timelines.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and manage requirement changes effectively.

Skills

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Direct experience with Electric Transmission SCADA solutions and familiarity with related business processes.
  • Strong communication skills for facilitating meetings and documenting requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage business needs and requirements throughout a project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with COTS upgrade projects and integration with internal and external systems.
  • Critical thinking and judgment skills to optimize business resource involvement.
  • Ability to articulate requirement-related issues and lead stakeholders to resolution decisions.
