Location: Remote
Max Rate: $55/hr

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst with strong experience in the Healthcare Payer domain, especially in Multi-employer/Benefit Administration for self-funded clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Health Plan Administration, including Benefits & Claims, Vendor Integrations, Portals, and related areas.

Candidates must be skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience in data migration, data governance, and working with third-party vendors is a strong plus.


Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define/document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and UAT plans.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage requirements.

  • Conduct impact analysis and develop business solutions.

  • Create documentation including BRDs, functional specs, test strategies, and traceability matrices.

  • Support integration with 3rd-party vendors and product implementation.

  • Present updates to internal/external business & technical teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (BA or PMP certifications a plus).

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payer or TPA space.

  • Experience with onboarding new self-funded clients or implementing products in Health Plan Admin/Multi-employer Trust environments.

  • Strong understanding of system integration and vendor coordination.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, JIRA, Visio.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


Preferred:

  • Certifications in healthcare insurance or analytics.

  • Experience in healthcare systems, policies, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.

  • Passion for continuous learning and client-focused delivery.
