BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated for an Automation Test Developer, remote Position in Minneapolis, MN



Position Title: Automation Test Developer


Location: Remote

Expected Contract Duration: (6+ MONTHS)



Job Type: Contract - Fulltime



Pay Range: $48-$58/hr.

Vision for Care Team Navigator


Care Team Navigator is an omnipresent virtual member of the care team, delivering predictive and proactive care support, providing administrative support and enabling seamless, virtual care team collaboration.


Strategy


We will achieve this through device-agnostic, responsive care team experiences that reduce cognitive burden throughout the continuum of care and administration.


AI modeling and machine learning technologies will leverage the companies best-in-class healthcare data and we will enable a next-generation care delivery experience that codifies and scales company knowledge to deliver aggregated views for advanced clinical decision support and interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care.


Key Objectives


Develop an intelligence-driven system that intuitively connects multiple capabilities enabled and executed by Care Team Navigator.


Deliver a technology suite that is an intuitive, adaptive learning system that improves the Care Team's experience automatically over time to provide better healthcare and augmented clinical decision support.


Enable the future of healthcare through a set of capabilities that seamlessly connects patients and providers with the right information at the right time through a dynamic set of experiences.


Long-term Milestones


Build the next generation knowledge platform in support of clinical decision making and content generation.


Find and summarize relevant EHR data for patient consultations to reduce cognitive burden and preparation time.


Develop a machine learning model to provide experts for specialty consults, expanding to other areas of care and administration over time.


Enable rapid development and deployment of API-first capabilities through an ecosystem that empowers product teams to re-use, combine, and enhance capabilities as needed to meet experience needs.



Requirements:



  • Test Automation Development with Selenium, Cypress, or similar

  • Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis.

  • Must have proven knowledge in computer programming language.

  • Must have a thorough understanding in systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures.

  • Must have a thorough understanding in systems analysis and design techniques. Must have extensive knowledge of the systems development life cycle.

  • Understanding of project management concepts and techniques required.



Education:



  • Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is preferred.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Project management experience is preferred.
