Job Details
Must-haves:
- 7-10+yrs Change Management and Organizational Transformation Expertise
- Must be involved in organizational change/ shifting mindset organization wide
- Interpersonal & communication skills - soft skills, work ethic, flexible
- Large enterprise experience
- Change management or organization change/ transformation - adopting new technologies, changing business approaches/ frameworks, adopting agile methodology, organization introducing a new process improvement or shift in the organization like a merger. Experience in writer / designer / editor role (5+ years).
- Understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
- Produce executive-level, high-quality product and content
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and communicate complex information simply and clearly.
- Expert in MS PPT presentation creation.
- Proficiency in A dobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Experience with Video creation - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working collaboratively or independently.
Pay Rate Range: 80-120/hr
