As a Product Manager for Insider Threat Detection within our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive framework to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, risk management, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and promote the successful delivery of the operating model.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a passion and in depth knowledge of cyber intelligence analysis and insider threat detection
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business objectives, risk tolerance, and cybersecurity needs related to insider threats
  • Drive the execution of the operating model development, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and addressing any roadblocks or challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define success criteria for the operating model.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the operating model's effectiveness, adjusting as needed to address evolving threats and business requirements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Operations teams to define and manage product roadmaps, feature development, and product maintenance.
  • Work closely risk management teams to ensure alignment with existing processes and frameworks.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to insider threat detection.
  • Develop technology insider threat management strategies, formulate, and implement comprehensive strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats.
  • Work in an agile environment and drive continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated delivery of successful technology insider threat detection programs
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligence and insider threat detection.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, including insider threat detection, data protection, access controls, and detection and response platforms.
  • Strong product management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and using project management tools such as JIRA.
