Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable BPM solutions using Camunda.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process models.
- Define best practices for Camunda development, deployment, and integration.
- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing BPM workflows.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Camunda-based applications.
- Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Kafka, and other middleware.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and optimizing BPM processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, including modeling, scripting, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and workflow orchestration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
