Job Title: Senior Syteline Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time



Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to support and enhance Infor
CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) ERP systems. This role will focus on developing
customizations, business logic, and reporting solutions that align with customer needs and
industry best practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SQL
development, .NET programming, and CSI-specific solution design. You'll be part of a
skilled and collaborative team with opportunities to deepen your technical expertise.



Key Responsibilities



  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - design, code, test, deploy, and maintain ERP solutions.

  • Gather and document technical requirements based on customer business processes.

  • Develop enhancements, add-ons, and custom reports for the CSI ERP platform.

  • Support and maintain existing CSI customizations, including upgrades and performance tuning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement ERP improvements that drive client success.

  • Write and maintain SQL stored procedures, database objects, and business logic within CSI.

  • Create and deliver reports using SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.

  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues in a professional and timely manner.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience developing within Infor CSI/Syteline ERP.

  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.

  • Experience with .NET development and Visual Studio.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing and accounting principles in an ERP context.

  • Proficiency in report development using SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar tools.

  • Ability to manage and document development tasks clearly and efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills, especially when discussing technical topics with end users or clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
