Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

The Lead Systems Engineer will serve as a pivotal technical and strategic role within the business domain, focusing on the end-to-end engineering of systems that enable and transform Business Sales. This position is deeply embedded in business processes, with a primary focus on capturing, analyzing, and managing business requirements to drive sales transformation initiatives. The role demands a strong understanding of systems engineering principles applied to business challenges, especially in sales strategy, sales operations, telecom products and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the requirements engineering efforts for business sales transformation projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system-level models, architectures, and documentation that represent the business sales ecosystem and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and reviews to ensure comprehensive understanding and consensus on requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide solution development and integration across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within existing sales processes and systems, proposing innovative solutions that enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Drive traceability of requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet business expectations and compliance standards.
  • Support change management efforts by providing clear communication and documentation of system changes impacting sales operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering and sales transformation to continuously improve methods and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements engineering in a business or sales transformation environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales, sales operations, business processes, and transformation strategies.
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, modeling, analysis, and management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, business, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
