Job Title: AEM Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performing digital experiences and integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy web components, templates, and workflows using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Build and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and OSGi services.

Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and backend services.

Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AEM solutions.

Work with designers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Support upgrades, patches, and migrations to newer AEM versions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in AEM 6.x/Cloud Service (sites, assets, workflows).

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JSP, Servlets, and HTL/Sightly.

Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries.

Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Dispatcher configurations, and caching strategies.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design.

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, or Launch.

Knowledge of Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.
