Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Create and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience 8 years in business development, sales, client Partner or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
