We are seeking a highly skilled Excel & Business Workflow Specialist to support our sales and commercial operations team. The role is critical to automating data processes, optimizing business workflows, managing reporting systems, and maintaining enterprise SharePoint sites. Primary responsibilities include developing advanced Excel VBA solutions, managing Salesforce reporting, and administering SharePoint content to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel Automation & VBA Development:
Write, test, and maintain VBA code to automate repetitive tasks in Excel.
Develop custom functions, macros, and user forms to streamline data processing.
Design and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ensure code quality, accuracy, and robust error-handling; provide documentation and training for end-users.
Business Workflow Development & Maintenance:
Build, update, and optimize enterprise workflows based on business requirements.
Improve existing workflow logic, performance, and automation efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and test enhancements.
Salesforce Reporting & Data Management:
Produce and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting outputs.
Support ad hoc reporting and analytics needs of the business.
SharePoint Administration:
Manage and maintain business/function SharePoint sites including structure, permissions, libraries, and user access.
Implement improvements to enhance usability and content organization.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of advanced Excel VBA development experience in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with business workflow systems and process automation.
Practical experience with Salesforce reporting and SharePoint administration.
Special Requirements:
Certification in O365, Excel, or VBA highly desirable.
Strong portfolio or examples of prior Excel automation projects preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced proficiency in Excel macros and VBA.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures.
Skilled in SharePoint site management and content administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Desired Characteristics:
Familiarity with enterprise workflow and process automation tools.
Ability to train and support end-users on technical tools and workflows.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
