Senior Digital Transformation Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Sales professional to lead revenue generation efforts from new mid cap Banking and Fintech clients.

For this role, the 3-year revenue generation target is $20m.

Ideal candidates will possess deep senior/executive level relationships in the mid cap banking and/or fintech sectors. Focusing on banks with asset bases between $50 billion to $400 billion and/or fintech companies valued from $400 million to $1 billion.

Location requirements are open with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern and Central time zones. NO 3RD PARTIES.

Compensation package ranges from $175-225k plus benefits, with a commission of 1-3% based on deal size and offshoring involvement.

Key qualifications:

Deep relationship base at the Senior Management and Executive levels at multiple mid cap US Banks
Proven success in selling Digital Transformation Services to the Banking sector.
Experience selling a range of services to clients in the banking and/or fintech industries.
