Job Title: Stibo STEP MDM Administrator
Location: Austin, TX (4 Days Onsite No Flexibility)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Video Interviews)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Stibo STEP MDM Administrator to join a leading client in Austin, TX. This is a mid-level position with a focus on the administration, installation, access management, and setup of the Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform. Candidates must have hands-on experience with the admin side of Stibo and be able to commit to working onsite 4 days a week no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and manage the Stibo STEP MDM environment

  • Handle system installation, upgrades, and environment setup

  • Manage user access, roles, and security permissions within the Stibo STEP platform

  • Support integration of MDM with other enterprise systems

  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and stability

  • Collaborate with development, data, and business teams for ongoing enhancements

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis

  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes

  • Support ongoing data quality and governance initiatives within MDM scope

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 5 years of solid experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform, specifically focused on administration tasks

  • Experience with installation, access management, and environment setup of STEP

  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data workflows

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across IT and business teams

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Work Environment:

  • This position is onsite 4 days per week in Austin, TX

  • Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to start date
