Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and overall administration of multiple Salesforce orgs. This role involves managing users, data, system configurations, integrations, and release deployments across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Salesforce orgs, sandboxes, and release schedules
Set up CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins) and oversee custom object deployments
Handle user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Perform data import/export, deduplication, and validation rule enforcement
Customize fields, objects, page layouts, Flows, and automation
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Support system integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Adobe, Box, ForgeRock, Java-based systems)
Conduct system testing, change management, and documentation
Provide end-user support and training
Evaluate and implement Salesforce release updates
Requirements:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
Proven experience managing multiple Salesforce environments
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, automation, and integration support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
