Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Test Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance leadership and Guidewire implementation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Guidewire modules PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter and will be responsible for defining and executing the overall test strategy across the enterprise Guidewire landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the overall test strategy for Guidewire implementations including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Lead cross-functional QA teams, managing onshore and offshore resources including test automation engineers and business testers.
Drive multi-stream test coordination involving Guidewire core, integrations, middleware, and legacy systems.
Establish and govern QA practices across SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases.
Conduct test readiness reviews, entry/exit criteria validation, and sign-off checkpoints.
Manage defect lifecycle processes, including triage, tracking, and reporting using ALM tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Interface with program stakeholders, development leads, product owners, and vendors to ensure alignment and communication.
Monitor and report on QA health dashboards, KPIs, progress, and risks to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NAIC, DOI filings).
Implement and lead QA governance and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through test retrospectives and QA best practices.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Program Management.
Minimum 5 years of Guidewire testing/program management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise QA programs.
Expertise in QA tools, test automation, and defect tracking systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience in insurance domain compliance and regulations is a plus.
Preferred Tools/Technologies:
JIRA, HP ALM, Selenium, Guidewire Test Frameworks
Agile / SAFe methodology knowledge
