IT Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's notable Utility Client is looking for a Seasoned IT Scrum Master that has experience supporting SAP 4/Hana or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.). This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite in Oakland, CA and a 12-month contract to start, with long term expectation.

The Information Technology (IT) organization designs, develops, operates and maintains the technology and telecommunications systems that enable our client to meet its commitment to providing safe, reliable and affordable service to customers. IT partners with the business by increasing capabilities through the development of additional functionality, implementing new technologies, reducing costs, increasing productivity, and facilitating organizational and business effectiveness through enabling technologies.

* Planning & Coordination
* Agile Scaling Support
* Tools & Technology
* Coordinate with SAP functional leads (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PM, SD) and technical leads (e.g., Basis, ABAP, PI/PO)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
* Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies
* Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
* Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
