Job Details

Role: IBM Data Power Engineer

Location: Charlotte,NC

HYBRID (4 days a week onsite)

IBM Data Power Engineer

Designs and implements APIs and integration solutions using DataPower.

Develops and manages APIs and their security policies using DataPower.

Manages the DataPower appliance, including configuration, security, and optimization.

Skills:

Strong skills in Designing and REST/SOAP-based APIs.

Experience with IBM's DataPower app building appliance, including its security policies, XML/XSLT, and transformations.

.NET: Experience in .NET development, particularly with Spring Boot, is frequently mentioned as a requirement for backend integration.

Strong understanding of security concepts and implementing security policies for APIs.

Enterprise Integration: Experience with enterprise-level integration projects and solutions.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in the Kong API gateway is a major plus, especially for migration projects

Prior experience migration from DataPower to Kong.
