A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer to be based in Phoenix AZ. The position is on-site. The contract duration is 6 months with extension. The pay rate for this role is $59.92/hr on W2.

A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer to be based in Phoenix AZ. The position is on-site. The contract duration is 6 months with extension. The pay rate for this role is $59.92/hr on W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios for projects of varying complexity.
- Develop, document, and maintain custom applications using Salesforce technologies including Apex and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP-based web services, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Write and maintain clean, scalable code in multiple languages including Java or C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Leverage Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Excel Connector) for efficient data handling.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce application development.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in Salesforce integration projects (real-time, batch, sync/async).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (preferred).
- Experience with relational databases and systems integration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate and consolidate information from multiple sources.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Developer Certification (strongly preferred).
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.
