Role Summary : Own overall QA delivery for the PIE program. Lead test strategy, execution, reporting, and client coordination for functional, automation, performance, and chaos testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end QA strategy for voice ordering, group ordering, and Pie API workflows
- Lead test planning, estimations, execution tracking, and risk management
- Own JIRA test management, defect triage, and RCA with client stakeholders
- Review automation coverage (API), performance, and chaos test results
- Provide weekly status reports and Phase 1 QA summary
- Coordinate with Dev, Infra, and Product teams
Required Skills
- 12+ years in QA with strong leadership experience
- API testing and automation oversight (Loadmill preferred)
- Experience with mobile, backend, and integration testing
- Strong understanding of performance and resiliency testing concepts
- Client-facing communication skills
- JIRA and Confluence expertise
