About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Analyst to support a national marketing organization with customer-journey analytics, digital performance insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and presenting those insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze digital performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Adobe Analytics Workspace, Report Builder, and Data Warehouse.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs, measurement strategies, and testing roadmaps.
Support personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics.
Create polished, insight-driven PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings effectively.
Present insights confidently to senior leaders and cross-functional groups.
Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to junior team members when needed.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital or web analytics.
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Marketing Cloud, including:
Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Report Builder, Data Warehouse)
Adobe Target
Customer Journey Analytics
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High-level PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to create clear, visually compelling decks.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working fully onsite Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with website survey analytics.
Familiarity with website measurement frameworks.
