Job Summary
- Information Technology Services is seeking a technically proficient and solutions-oriented individual to fill the role of Digital Solutions Engineer. This role serves as the technical implementation specialist within the Digital Solutions and Global Client Experience team, working in close partnership with Digital Solutions Consultants to bring digital transformation initiatives to life.
- The Digital Solutions Engineer focuses on designing, building, and implementing technical solutions based on requirements gathered by the Digital Solutions Consultants. While the Consultant focuses on client relationships and business needs assessment, the Engineer applies technical expertise to transform those requirements into functional solutions using the university's technology stack.
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of digital productivity tools and platforms, with the ability to configure, integrate, and customize solutions that meet specific business requirements. They will collaborate with consultants to understand client needs, provide technical guidance on solution feasibility, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve the overall digital experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- dvanced technical proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools specifically Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, To Do, Forms, and Outlook
- Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Power Suite (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps) with demonstrated ability to build custom solutions
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience building, testing, and implementing digital solutions in a professional environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset

- ITIL v4 or higher certification
