Job Summary:


Health care client is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to support the deployment of ClinX MicroApps within the Clinical Experience group. This role will focus on SMART on FHIR application integration across multiple EHR platforms including Cerner, Athena, and Epic. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, agile project management skills, and a deep understanding of EHR workflows and interoperability standards.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


- Architect and support SMART on FHIR integrations with EHR systems (Cerner, Athena, Epic).


- Collaborate with development pods to enable rapid deployment of MicroApps.


- Work with APIs, FHIR standards, and HL7 interfaces to support clinical workflows.


- Partner with internal and external vendors to manage application integration.


- Assist in organizing and prioritizing competing development timelines.


- Contribute to the "Art of Possible" by identifying and enabling innovative EHR workflows.


- Support preference maintenance, Millennium, CCLs, and security configurations.


- Facilitate agile development cycles and proactively plan for future deployments.




qualifications:

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree (any field; technical major not required).


- Experience with SMART on FHIR and API-based integration.


- EHR experience with Cerner, Athena, or Epic (Athena highly preferred).


- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).


- Agile methodology experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.


- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.


- Background in solution architecture and project management.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with Cerner Millennium, CCLs, and security modules.


- Prior work in healthcare IT or clinical systems.


- Epic certification or experience (nice to have).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities.


- Collaborative mindset with proactive planning capabilities.
