Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Manage a team of 10 12 associates across onsite and offshore locations, ensuring effective workload distribution, mentoring, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and design scalable SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, status updates, issue resolution, and escalations.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Oversee integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.) and external systems.

Define business process improvements and drive automation/efficiency using SAP functionalities.

Provide hands-on support for FICO configuration in areas like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profitability Analysis (COPA).

Support UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users and junior consultants.

Ensure strong governance, compliance, and audit support within SAP financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience

10 12 years of proven experience in SAP FICO with multiple end-to-end SAP implementation cycles.

Strong knowledge in key FICO components:

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting

Controlling (CO), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Internal Orders, Product Costing

Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, HR).

Strong project management skills (planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management).

Prior experience managing onsite + offshore teams (10 12 associates).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

Knowledge of FI regulatory requirements, IFRS/GAAP, and tax compliance preferred.
