Senior SharePoint Developer
Duration: 12+ Months
Work Type: On-prem + migration work

We re looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer who can take ownership of complex development, support major platform upgrades, and deliver modern solutions that drive business impact. If you love building real, scalable SharePoint features not just configuration this role is for you.
What You ll Do
- Build custom SharePoint solutions: workflows, forms, automation, SPFx, REST API integrations
- Develop in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server to support back-end and front-end needs
- Support large-scale migrations (SharePoint 2016 2019, plus hybrid/subscription initiatives)
- Work directly with product owners and business users to translate requirements into clean technical solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and contribute to code reviews, testing, and release cycles
- Troubleshoot platform issues and help maintain a secure, scalable SharePoint environment
- Document best practices around permissions, templates, configuration, and governance
Must-Have Experience
- Strong SharePoint development background (workflows, forms, automation, custom components)
- Solid experience with SPFx, SharePoint APIs, REST APIs, Power Automate
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Hands-on work with SharePoint 2016 (on-prem) and exposure to 2019 upgrades
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum processes
Nice-to-Haves
- SharePoint migration experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint Subscription Edition or hybrid environments
- Experience with WSP packages, SharePoint Designer, Visio, or BI/reporting tools
- Experience guiding junior developers or small delivery teams
