Job Description
We are a well-established structural and forensic engineering consulting firm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, seeking a licensed Structural Professional Engineer (PE) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects
- Design framing and foundation systems using steel, light gauge steel, concrete, wood, and CMU
- Oversee construction document production and client coordination
- Conduct shop drawing reviews and perform site visits
- Utilize structural design software (e.g., STAAD/Pro, RISA) and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Enercalc)
- Revit modeling experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- BS in Structural Engineering (MS preferred)
- PE licensure required
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience in commercial structural design
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
