Job Summary Client is seeking a seasoned Workday Integration Lead to spearhead key integration streams across high-impact enterprise initiatives. This role requires at least 8 years of overall integration experience, including 45 years of hands-on Workday expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and technical leader capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration programs. You will play a pivotal role in technical execution for initiatives such as corporate acquisitions, global job architecture redesigns, and HCM system optimizations. This position demands both technical depth in Workday integrations and exceptional communication and leadership skills. K ey Responsibilities Serve as the integration lead for major Workday programs, including post-acquisition transitions, job architecture transformation, and HCM optimization efforts. Conduct impact assessments and analyze dependencies across systems affected by Workday changes. Manage the complete integration lifecycle: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with internal teams, offshore resources, and third-party vendors to align integration deliverables with program goals. Maintain visibility of all integration points and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions by partnering with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders. Drive integration governance by maintaining plans, timelines, risk registers, and reporting deliverables. Define and maintain technical documentation and standards to support long-term sustainability and knowledge transfer. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in Workday integration architecture and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in integration development and delivery, with a focus on enterprise-scale systems. 45 years of direct experience with Workday integrations. Technical expertise with Workday tools such as: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Studio Workday Orchestrate Proven track record of managing large Workday integration initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences. Strong project leadership skills, including milestone management and cross-functional coordination. Experience working within global delivery models, including coordination of onshore and offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications Workday certification(s) in Integration or Studio (preferred but not required). Experience in M&A or large-scale organizational transformation programs involving Workday. Familiarity with HCM data modeling and cross-system data governance best practices. Certifications (if any) Workday Integration or Studio certifications (preferred).
