Job Description:
- Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs.
- Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM).
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems.
- Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems.
- Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals.
- Keep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.
