We are looking for a highly skilled JAMF and Intune Specialist to join our IT team. This role requires expertise in managing Apple devices through JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune, overseeing the entire lifecycle from deployment to ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Device Management:
Implement and manage JAMF Pro for the deployment and management of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones).
Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows and non-Apple devices to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of devices, including procurement, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning.


2. Deployment and Imaging:
Develop and maintain imaging procedures for Apple devices, ensuring they are compliant with company policies.
Configure and deploy application packages via JAMF and Intune, ensuring software installations are seamless and user-friendly.
Create and manage device profiles and policies to enforce security and compliance standards.


3. User Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide first and second-level support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with vendors and other IT teams as necessary.
Assist users with onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of their devices.


4. Security and Compliance:
Implement security protocols and measures for all managed devices, including encryption, remote wipe, and compliance checks.
Monitor device health and security compliance, generating reports for management and taking corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, proactively addressing potential risks.


5. Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes related to JAMF and Intune management, including user guides and FAQs.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on device features, best practices, and new software applications.
Develop training materials and resources to help users maximize their productivity.


6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of JAMF and Intune into the overall IT infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on device management.o Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss IT initiatives, challenges, and solutions.


7. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve device management processes and user experience.
Stay informed about new features and best practices in JAMF and Intune, implementing improvements as appropriate.
Provide feedback and recommendations for IT strategy based on user needs and technological advancements.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
