Job Title: Desktop support/System Admin Las Vegas

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled White Glove Support Technician in Las Vegas to provide top-tier IT support to executives and VIP members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and hands-on experience in Desktop Support, Windows System Administration, and ITIL Framework. Experience with iOS device management and Video Conferencing solutions is essential. ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide priority IT support to VIP members and executives.
  • Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and manage laptops, desktops (Windows/Mac), and iOS devices.
  • Maintain an organized IT stockroom and inventory of electronic equipment.
  • Offer one-on-one training for end users on IT tools and technologies.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests.
  • Staff TechZone desk during office hours (9 AM 5 PM PST), adjusting for special events as needed.
  • Coordinate desk setups, moves, and equipment installations.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide local IT support for remote executives, including shipping and handling IT equipment.
  • Monitor and report potential IT system issues affecting operations.
