Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across ServiceNow modules, strong architectural vision, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:
-
Define and implement the overall ServiceNow architecture, including integration patterns, data flow, and platform scalability.

Translate business requirements into technical design documents and solution blueprints.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance models.

Development & Configuration:
-
Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).

Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

Platform Governance & Optimization:

Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Define and enforce coding standards, security controls, and compliance policies.

Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features and store apps to enhance platform capability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.

Participate in roadmap planning and platform strategy discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:
-
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and development.
-
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, workflows, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

Experience with Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, API Gateway).

Expertise in Service Portal, Flow Designer, and UI Policies.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and instance management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
-
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Enterprise Architecture principles.
-
Cloud and integration experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
