Oracle Cloud Asset Management + Finance Consultant

Location: Jacksonville, Florida ( Remote or Onsite )
Start Date: Immediately

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Asset Management + Finance Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly in Asset Lifecycle Management (Fixed Assets) and core Financials. This role involves managing end-to-end asset processes from acquisition to retirement while ensuring strong integration with GL, AP, Projects, and FAH.


Key Responsibilities:

<>Oracle Cloud Asset Management (Fixed Assets):</>
  • Lead configuration and implementation of the Fixed Assets module in Oracle Cloud.

  • Set up asset books, depreciation methods, categories, fiscal calendars, and asset controls.

  • Manage asset lifecycle: acquisition, capitalization, transfers, reclassifications, retirements.

  • Integrate with Accounts Payable (for invoice-based asset additions), Projects (CIP capitalization), and General Ledger (journal generation).

  • Design and support multi-book asset accounting (e.g., corporate, tax books).

  • Configure and manage mass asset additions, impairments, and adjustments.

<>Finance Modules (GL, AP, FAH):</>
  • Configure and support General Ledger (chart of accounts, journals, ledger setup).

  • Support Accounts Payable for invoice-to-asset workflows.

  • Leverage Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for subledger accounting, if applicable.

  • Support monthly and yearly closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.

<>Project Execution:</>
  • Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.

  • Develop functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training documentation.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on data conversion (FBDI, ADFDI), integrations, and reporting.

  • Execute testing: Unit, Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Provide post-go-live stabilization and support.
