Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Telecom domains to lead complex CPQ implementations and integrations. This is a remote contract role requiring excellent communication skills and deep technical proficiency in Salesforce CPQ solutions.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise:
    Proven experience in Manufacturing or Telecom domains is mandatory.

  • Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Expertise:
    Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Advanced Approvals, and optionally Salesforce Billing. Strong knowledge in pricing models, product bundling, discounting strategies, and approval workflows.

  • Architectural Leadership:
    Minimum 4 years as a Technical Architect delivering end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions. Experience in solution design, technical governance, stakeholder management, and leading cross-functional teams including offshore resources.

  • Full Lifecycle Delivery:
    Demonstrated ability to execute full delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, development, testing, to deployment.

  • Integration & Data Migration:
    Expertise integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware solutions. Experience in data migration, ETL processes, and data cleansing.

  • Technical Skills:
    Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, custom objects, triggers, and batch jobs. Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to troubleshoot complex CPQ issues, optimize system performance, and implement best practices aligned with governance, security, and compliance standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives, product owners, and technical teams. Proven ability to lead workshops, conduct technical reviews, and present high-impact solutions.
