RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team for a remote role.
Summary:
Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Outbound Sales Consultant. SBG Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You'll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussion their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with the client offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.
SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the client's ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of the client's ecosystem of products.
Work performed:
* Accountant/Accounting Firm Sales
* "Sell through" not "Sell to" aka: Influential Sales
* Products: QuickBooks Online (Accounting) and QuickBooks Payroll
* Slightly deeper sales call that is usually more than a one call close
* Two Roles: Lead Development Reps & Account Executive Reps
Responsibilities:
* Expected to make 40 calls a day, receiving warm leads from the chat team - no cold calls, these customers are expecting a call
* Responsible for carrying a quote, calls per day, selling a product mix, etc.
* Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems
* After training and nesting they will move to their perm shift; They must be able to work any shift from 8AM-9PM - shift will most likely be starting at 11AM
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good conversationlist with customers
* Some type of Sales experience
* Computer software skills
* Enthusiastic self-starter who is genuinely interested in people and you have a knack for getting others engaged in conversation
* Ability to flex from one priority to another and make smart decisions about where and how to invest your time
* Accepts new or radical ideas with an open mind
* Avid learner who is inquisitive, loves big challenges, and are able to take on change with high emotional intelligence
* Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position
* Experience in either sales or professional influence, but won't let qualifications stop you from applying for any role - you aren't afraid to fail
* Demonstrates effective presentation skills
* Actively works at developing proficiency in selling skills and tools
* Breathe confidence and can exhibit expertise in business - you might have owned a small business, worked at a startup, or in B2B sales at some point in your career

* Continues to learn methods for overcoming barriers and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle

* Ability to engage in work-from-environment and pivot to office as mandated, mid-level software package aptitude (MS Office Suite, Google Docs/Spreadsheets Platforms, etc,)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
