Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile SAP implementation project. This role requires a polished and articulate professional who has successfully managed large-scale IT projects, preferably with SAP or other enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with executives and senior stakeholders, driving projects to completion, and navigating complex organizational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of the SAP implementation project, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting for senior leadership.
- Facilitate communication between business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present updates, status reports, and project milestones to executive-level stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure effective change management and smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience, with a focus on IT systems; SAP implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong background managing large-scale system implementation projects (SAP preferred).
- MUST have demonstrated ability to work with executives and high-level stakeholders in large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- PMP or other Project Management certification preferred.
