Job Description:

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software and IT services solutions, specifically to banks and financial institutions. This individual will come with a mandate to acquire new logos and should have an extensive rolodex of industry contacts and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their business & technology needs and present tailored software and IT services solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Engineering, Marketing, SDR Team, Implementation and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on software and IT services solutions to Banks and Financial Industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling cloud & on premise technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.
  • Should have a good understanding of hyper-scalers and their solution offing's around cloud platforms, Digital Transformation solutions, Managed Services and AI based solutions.
  • Extensive rolodex of industry contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
