Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IICS Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). As an IICS Architect, you will play a key role in defining our data integration strategy, ensuring data quality, and driving the successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and high-performance data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
• Develop and implement ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources, including on-premises systems, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Define data integration patterns, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Lead the development of IICS mappings, workflows, and tasks, ensuring adherence to design specifications and coding standards.
• Optimize IICS processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement data quality measures, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and develop APIs and integrations to support real-time data exchange and application integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and application developers, to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IICS developers, mentoring them on best practices and IICS methodologies.
• Evaluate new IICS features and functionality, and recommend solutions to improve data integration capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Data Quality.
• Expertise in designing and developing complex ETL/ELT processes using Informatica IICS.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database query optimization.
• Experience with API integration, including REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Informatica certifications.
• Experience with other data integration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data management best practices.

• Experiencewith DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
