Pay rate: $80 - $85/hr. (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise and domain architects to turn business strategy into system designs


• Design modern applications using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture


• Lead solution evaluations, prototypes, and proofs of concept especially in AI and GenAI


• Make smart architectural trade-offs for scalability, cost, and long-term maintainability


• Contribute reusable patterns and documentation to guide engineering teams


• Work closely with engineers to ensure implementations match the architectural vision


• Apply secure-by-design and DevSecOps principles


• Stay up to date with trends in cloud, architecture, and GenAI technologies

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles


• 3+ years designing application or system architectures


• Strong hands-on experience building cloud-native apps (preferably on AWS)


• Familiarity with modern architectural styles: microservices, APIs, event-driven systems


• Experience integrating or prototyping with AI/ML or GenAI platforms


• Skilled in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#


• Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex tech to various stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, LangChain, Bedrock)


• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex)


• Experience running architectural assessments or tool evaluations


• AWS Solutions Architect certification


• Experience in Financial Services
