Solution IT Inc. is looking for QA Lead for one of its clients in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Job Title: QA Lead
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (both Manual and Automation).
- Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java tech stack.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Work Site: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Expected Start Date: Immediate
