Still developing agile practices ? need to mature into true product ownership.
This is a Product Owner Role (3-5 years exp):
The PO will own the backlog in a traditional product role.
Acts as a liaison between system support teams and technical areas.
Must drive clarity and provide encouragement to this team
MUST HAVE:
Technical understanding of:
Mainframe systems and underlying business logic.
Java stack, ensuring no ?mainframe logic? is incorrectly applied to modern systems.
Experience in wealth management or insurance domains preferred.
MUST have worked in a product model, especially in backend/technical products.
Strong leadership and communication:
Demonstrates courage to point out gaps.
Builds trust and includes team members in the process.
Balances resistant vs. excited team members through clarity and collaboration.
Bonus: Finance or wealth industry knowledge/ background
