Roaming Network Technician
The resource will provide hands on support for phone handset (analog and VOIP technologies) and wall jack activations for phone systems onsite
Technologies: (Cisco/Siemens, Avaya/Unify) -The candidate should have experience at least two of the preferred technologies (VOIP and Phone)
Candidate must have experience with the following:
Other experience required corresponding with daily tasks to be successful in the role
Punch downs
Cross connect
66 block- must have experience
Familiar with data equipment
Fluking switch ports aka using fluke tester
Running link runner
Fluking a data point
Cross connects
Activating jacks
Cat 5 cat 6

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Candidate must have experience with the following:
- Must have Cisco Router/ Switch WAP General IMAC Experience- Prefer CCNA
- General Data Center Network IMAC Experience as well.
- Must have general knowledge phone jack replacements, punch down, transferring jacks, jack activations/cross connections-i.e. block 66/110
- Must have IMAC experience with one or more of the common voice technologies (Siemens/Avaya/Cisco etc)- analog and VOIP
- Must have basic experience tracing cable (Resource should have tools)
