Paralegal

A Mid labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience in Paralegal and a BA/BS or MA/MS

Degree. A Mid labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.

The contractor shall support Oresearch and litigation activities. The contractor shall be proficient in the use of on-line legal databases including Lexis, Westlaw and other legal databases. Familiarity with DHHS and DOJ databases is preferred but not required. The contractor shall assist with drafting court documents and correspondence, reviewing and summarizing records, filing documents with the court, and maintaining files.
