Job Description:

• Join the Training Technologies group as part of a cross-functional team designing, implementing, and integrating hardware and embedded software for critical mission training devices.


• You will play a senior role in shaping embedded software development efforts, providing leadership, mentorship, and technical direction on projects that directly support national security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the embedded software development lifecycle, from design through integration.


• Develop high-quality firmware in C and C++ for real-time embedded processors.


• Utilize modern development environments such as SEGGER Embedded Studio.


• Work with Nordic and NXP SoCs and associated SDKs.


• Contribute to Android development where applicable.


• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.


• 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree + 6 years of experience.


• Agile development experience preferred.


• S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
