Required Qualification:
- DAML Programming Language Experience (Java or Python)
- This person will be working within the Global Banking & Markets division and join a team in building a groundbreaking platform that will revolutionize cross-bank settlements using blockchain technology.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in smart contract development, with expertise in DAML, a specialized smart contract language derived from Haskell.
- Our platform aims to be regulation-agnostic, facilitating seamless interactions between financial institutions globally.
- The role involves developing sophisticated infrastructure and mechanics for inter-bank settlements, working with tokenized funds and instruments.
- The perfect candidate will have hands-on experience building infrastructure using DAML, though we are open to skilled programmers willing to transition into this specialized field.
- This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of financial technology, connecting our innovative infrastructure to the global banking system.
- This role will be an ongoing contract and will require to be onsite five days a week.
- Have strong expertise in smart contract development, particularly using DAML (a Haskell-based language)
- Be proficient in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Have a solid understanding of blockchain technology, especially Canton
