Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Architect II to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will focus on enhancing Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting systems, driving improvements in performance and functionality, and implementing advanced business logic. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Redesign and optimize existing Workforce and TE planning models to improve scalability and efficiency.
Implement advanced rejection logic for approval processes, including validations using Smart Lists.
Enhance Groovy scripts and refine rule performance across multiple cubes.
Develop summary-level dashboards for TE approval and reporting purposes.
Collaborate closely with finance operations and planning teams to ensure accurate design and thorough testing.
Create comprehensive documentation for all logic changes, system improvements, and architectural adjustments.
Build and refine reporting logic to support decision-making processes.
Work on the integration and validation of data across different cubes and modules within the planning system.
Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders during implementation and testing phases.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in enterprise performance management within Oracle Planning systems.
Expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud, including system design and configuration.
Proficiency in Groovy scripting and business rule development.
Strong knowledge of Smart Lists, Data Forms, and rule debugging processes.
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling techniques.
Proven ability to architect scalable and efficient models for planning systems.
Familiarity with cross-cube data movement and approval workflows is a plus.
Experience with TE model design or large organization headcount planning is preferred.
