Job Details
Responsibilities Include:
- Support global brand D2C sites and feature release process (monthly sprints with Global teams)
- Lead website IT ticket creation and review process. Must be comfortable working with website developers. This includes but is not limited to enablement of new features, proactively fixing defects requested by Global, identifying optimization areas
- Owner of day-to-day NGLORA brand layer site execution
- Strong communication skills across technical and business teams
- Assist in the tactical execution of the brand development roadmap by understanding new feature functionality along with zone/country requests and needs
- Support review of Figma website design process (monthly sprints with Global teams)
- Lead website e-merchandising process end-to-end. Work with 3rd party agency to complete 20+ PDPs and 10+ Landing Pages annually
- Able to digest website technical documentation and find solutions for DMI
- Ensure quality execution & industry best practice across D2C front-end. Optimize for best in-class UX/UI, ensuring brand pillars & consumer needs are at the forefront of every experience
- Manage Client s backend systems of Beauty Tech & Services (Virtual Try-On, Shade Finder Quiz, etc.) to ensure all services are set up before new launch
- Execute required updates and maintenance from Global and markets
- Conduct industry research & competitive audits to help inform future digital trends & D2C strategy. This includes but is not limited to new PDP template, new online services, new Landing Page layouts
- Support Director daily by helping to manage evolving priorities in the Digital & Ecommerce space with can-do attitude and attention to details
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience managing D2C website front-end
- Must have experience with website development, merchandising tasks, digital design & UX/UI
- Strong technical background and can clearly understand & articulate digital integrations & website fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of D2C best practices
- Ability to think strategically and provide clear, in-depth analysis across a variety of digital topics
- Previous experience managing third-party vendors and able to give clear direction, while maintaining a strong, collaborative partnership
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally to bring digital initiatives to market
- Not afraid to ask questions or probe for understanding and clarity
- Self-motivator with a positive attitude and effective communication skills
- True self-starter - has an entrepreneurial mindset, is agile, a problem-solver, and self-sufficient
- Multitasker, efficient, organized, and able to deliver on time with expected level of execution
Proficient In:
- Must have knowledge of D2C website (Salesforce commerce cloud, shopify, etc.) and e-merchandising
- Must have knowledge of Project Management tool like confluence, JIRA
- Learning agility to master new technology platforms in short time period
- Previous exposure to consumer & A/B testing platforms (UserTesting, Google Optimize, etc.), GA4 analytics
