Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Celonis (Process Mining)
Location: Hybrid Local to Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA
Type: Contract (W2 or C2C)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with hands-on expertise in Celonis to join our client's data analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leveraging Celonis' process mining capabilities to analyze business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for automation through AI and data-driven insights.

This is a highly visible role that requires experience with process mining, Celonis PQL (Process Query Language), and preferably Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM). The candidate should be capable of delivering results quickly and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Celonis to perform in-depth analysis of business processes by mining system event logs.

  • Develop and optimize PQL queries to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

  • Apply Object-Centric Process Mining techniques to uncover complex interactions across process entities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into analytical insights.

  • Present actionable insights and dashboards to stakeholders for process improvements.

  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability and model accuracy in Celonis.

  • Continuously refine Celonis analyses as business processes evolve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 1 2 years of hands-on Celonis experience.

  • Proficient in Celonis PQL and building meaningful analyses and dashboards.

  • Experience with Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) is strongly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of process mining concepts and system data flows.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

  • Familiarity with automation technologies or AI-driven workflows is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into business terms.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
