Location: Dallas, TX ( can be done Remote )

Job Description

Seeking a Business/Technical Analyst with a strong background in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms.

The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within digital marketing, ad tech, or MarTech environments.
  • Proficient with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including but not limited to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution processes, and data governance protocols.
  • Knowledge of ad tech integrations such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and data onboarding solutions.
  • Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical and marketing teams.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and author both functional and technical documentation with precision.
  • Proven experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Skilled in analyzing and optimizing digital customer journeys, personalization strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, effectively bridging the gap between marketing, data engineering, and product teams.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they pertain to MarTech and customer data.
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking approach, contributing to both strategic planning and practical implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts to business audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and champion the adoption of MarTech solutions.
